Aspose.Note 16.12.0: Support saving to stream in html format

Hi, 


Our application built in such way that we may not have access to local disk so we saving documents to stream. When we saving OneNote (*.one) document to stream in html format Aspose.Note throws “Saving to stream is not supported for html format!” exception (see screenshot). 

We would like to request new feature which allows saving document to stream in html format.
