Seeing this exception for some files where the operation is not permitted. Attached is also the file that’s causing it.

Please see the file above. Its a one2c file that we cannot extract.

@kashif.iqbal - I have tested this with 18.3 version as well for java and still see the error.

When we open this file using Microsoft OneNote, it shows “There aren’t any sections here”. Could you please confirm that are you getting the same behavior while opening this file using Microsoft OneNote? If no please send us the files again.
