Aspose PDF 22.11.0 throwing Errorype":"Aspose.Pdf.InvalidValueFormatException","ExceptionMessage":"Date has invalid format:

 I have a PDF document which when i try to convert to PDFA3B format using simple code, it throws attached error. Any idea its related to what ? coz i can see many errors logged with same issue, but the Reason or Fix is not shared .

An obvious suggestion is to take the latest version of the library (23.12) - the product is constantly being improved, errors are corrected.
If this does not help, please attach the source document so that it can be reproduced.
