Aspose PDF Java Licensing question

Hello,

I intend to use Aspose PDF Java library as part of a plugin for Atlassian Jira instance that we have in our company, so that users can convert the files they attach when raising support tickets.

With the above in mind what kind of license do I need to consider? Developer Small Business, Developer OEM or perhaps a Metered one?
