Aspose.Pdf.Kit stopped working after migrating to a new server

I’m a developer on a site that has been using Aspose.Pdf.Kit for years. Everything was working fine until the site was migrated to a new server. On the new server, the evaluation message is showing on all PDFs.

The Aspose.Pdf.Kit.lic file has a SubscriptionExpiry of 20111019 so I’m not sure how it was even working on the old server.

In any case, this functionality is critical to the client’s business so we need to figure out how to get this working again as soon as possible.

We are afraid that you are using a quite older version of the API which has been deprecated and discontinued. We are not providing support for it. A lot of changes have been made in the API since then, We always recommend using the latest available version because it contains maximum enhancements and fixes. We request you please upgrade your license to use the latest version of the API and if you face any issues, please let us know.
