Is Aspose.PDF the latest/correct PDF version we should be evaluating? Aspose.PDF.Kit is no longer supported, correct?

Please note that the current release version of Aspose.Pdf for .NET provides the capabilities to create PDF files from scratch as well as it facilitates you to manipulate/edit existing PDF documents. Please note that the legacy Aspose.Pdf.Kit for .NET has been merged with this product and all its classes and enumerations are present under Aspose.Pdf.Facades namespace of Aspose.Pdf for .NET product.
