We make extensive use of the old XSL method to generate pdf from XML.
Do you know if it possible to embed non-standard fonts using this method?
Documentation is scarce for the XSL method and I’ve found nothing on forum or internet searches. I note there appears to be a method to retro-embed the font after creating the pdf so that may be a solution but hope there is a direct method via the XSL.
We need to investigate this specific requirement. Can you please share some example of XSL tag in which fonts are being referred and you want API to use them while generating PDF from it? We will use it for testing purposes and share our feedback with you.
The attached zip shows an example xsl, the pdf output and a screenprint of what I see in the pdf as I have specific font loaded. Others see default fonts.
