i am trying to install Aspose.Slides.ReportingServices. But i am getting an error saying : “could not properly install or configure Aspose… for reporting services for next instances:MSRS10_50.SQL08, microsfot SQL Server Business intelligent development studio 2008.”

I have observed the image shared by you. I suggest you to please try using the manual installation steps on your end by downloading zipped version of Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services. Please also make sure that before installing Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services, your Report Server is properly configured and working. You can verify this by exporting a sample report to PDF or Tiff. Also, Aspose.Slides does not work with express edition of SQL Server as well. Please take care of these considerations before proceeding with Aspose.Slides installation on your end.
