I have observed the stack trace shared by you and suggest you to please try using Aspose.Slides for Java 7.4.0 on your end. If there is still an issue then please share the sample presentation with us along with information that which Operating System you are using on your end.

Many Thanks,

Hi Mudassir,

Its still the same with Aspose.slides 7.4

I am using windows 7 x64, aspose.slides-7.4.0.jar and jdk1.7.0_21

public static void main(String[] args)
{
PresentationEx pres = new PresentationEx();
pres.write(“C:/TestTable.pptx”);
System.out.println(“Hello World”);
}

Hi Harry,

I have installed x64 version of JDK 1.7-21 on my end. I am using Windows 7 x64 SP1 on my end and have not been able to reproduce the issue on my end. For your kind reference, I have attached the sample image and generated presentation. I suggest you to please try using Aspose.Slides on some other or fresh machine as it seems issue on your end either with your Java or may be due to some corrupted fonts in your font directory.

Many Thanks,

Hi Mudassir,

Can you please send me other configurations as well. just unable to get rid of this and its a problem in programs which has Aspose.slides 7.3/7.4 for 2.5 its working fine.

e.g. what is environment variable that is set as JAVA_HOME
is there any 32 bit version of JDK installed on your machine?

any reason of conflict between 32 and 64 bit versions which cud be possible cause.

any insight on this ?

Thanks

Hi Harry,

I simply downloaded and installed JDK 1.7_21 x64 version. There are no settings that I carried but only set the JDK 1.7_21 in my Net beans project. It worked without any issue. I may suggest you to please try using Aspose.Slides for Java 7.4.0 with some fresh machine installed with JDK 1.7_21.

Many Thanks,
