Aspose support to understand how to let printer know if a document is printed in duplex or simplex within the PCL file using aspose pdf.
It looks like you need to modify/manipulate the PCL file to put instructions for the printer so that it can be printed in duplex or simplex mode. We are afraid that the Aspose.PDF does not offer any functionality to deal with PCL files. We will however check for the feasibility as well if you can please share a sample PCL file that you expect to generate using the API.

Aspose.PDF does not remove or modify existing PCL file while converting into PDF. Furthermore, we also requested you to share some sample files along with expected results so that we can further look into this case and assist you accordingly.
