We have started observing the word file generation using Aspose.word is taking a long time in the webserver. Not sue it is due to any memory leaks or other issue. files are getting generated fast while using aspose.email/excel/pdf/slides.
We are using Aspose.word latest version. We did Aspose.word upgrade from 21.1 to 23.8
This is primarily a problem when the server gets under any load. We have 4 cpus and 16 gig of memory. The app pool will go up to about 2 gig. # users 70 to 80.
@rampalipi @rickey.brown Could you please provide input documents and code that will allow us to reproduce the problem on our side or create a simple console application that will allow us to reproduce the problem? We will check the issue and provide you more information.
