Aspose Word Stack Empty Error- version 5.0.2

I get a “Stack Empty” error when trying to run ExecuteWithRegions to populate a word document with a datatable /dataview. It works with just a Execute, but not ExecuteWithRegions. I was having the same issue with a 4.x version and updated the dll, but the problem remains.

Any help with what could be causing this is greatly appreciated.

I think I have found the issue, I had a table of contents object at the top, either removing the table of contents or moving it inside one of the table areas fixed the problem.
