Aspose.Words 11.5.0 does not load DOC using .NET

Version 11.5.0.0 of Aspose.Words does not load the document found in

http://medical.nema.org/Dicom/2011/11_03pu.doc

while version 11.0.0.0 did.

What is going wrong?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-6655) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
