Thanks for your request. No, unfortunately, there is no way to run Aspose.Words Express from command line. I logged this feature request into our defect database. We will let you know once it is available.

Thanks for your inquiry.
Unfortunately this feature that you requested will not be included in Aspose.Words Express. The Express component is a free conversion tool and is not intended to be run from the command line (as this opens the door for automation).
If you are looking to automate EPUB conversion, you should look into purchasing the full Aspose.Words component. However, we realise it may bit much to purchase the entire component if you are only looking to convert to one file format. If you are able to clarify how you are looking to work with Aspose.Words we will be glad to give you some further advise on this subject.

Thanks for getting back. We just wanted a way to convert from Word to ePub via the command line… but I found something free which does the job!
