Aspose.Words generates bold+non-bold chinese text for Simhei font in PDF

Hello Aspose team and developers,

I am using Aspose.Words 17.3.0.0 to generate pdf from an html file.
The result pdf is a combination of bold and non-bold(plain) chinese characters for no reason.

Is it a know issue? as there is an article which associates same issue with GDI/GDI+.
