Hi Team,

I am Sujatha. I am using Aspose Words .NET library for my client for Dynamics CRM 2016. Recently Microsoft reduced plugin assembly size to 8MB and due to this we are not able to deploy our assembly merged with Aspose words dll(which is 10MB) into Production.

Just wondering whether you have a lighter version of this Aspose words dll that I can use.

A quick response is much appreciated as this is related to Production Environment.

I am Sujatha. We purchased Aspose Words dll for my client and we are using it for more than 9 months for Dynamics CRM 2016. Recently, Microsoft reduced cloud plugin assembly size to 8MB. This is causing an issue for us to deploy our changes to production as when our plugin assembly is merged with Aspose (which is 10MB), the size is over 10MB.

Just wondering, whether you can provide a lighter version of Aspose Words .NET assembly.

A quick response is appreciated as we have the issue in Production.

Hi,

We currently ran into an issue in Production regarding the size of the assembly that we merged with Aspose. And hence we wanted to contact Aspose and check whether there is any lighter version of Aspose dll . We need to know whether Aspose can provide a lighter version before renewing the subscription. Would it be possible to redirect me to the support team to check this please?

Let us know what features of Aspose.Words do you use. We will consider splitting it into several assemblies so you can use only the ones that you need. But this will not be a quick fix I’m afraid. We could tentatively schedule it into 2-3 months timeframe.

I have talked with my client and they are okay with 2-3 months.But cam you please confirm that you will not take more than 3 months to give the lighter version of the Aspose dll?

The only functionalities that we are using currently are document mail merge and converting the document to pdf.

And can you please confirm the charge included in this process?
