Aspose.words - save as Doc- with evaluated "If fields"

Hi

I have a Word document with mergefields and if conditions. When I use MailMerge, my mergefields are processed. When I save it as a PDF, it looks as expected.

But now I need to save it as a Word document and I need the final document to look like the PDF document, without “if conditions” (these should of course have been evaluated) - how do i do that?
