I get error when i try to get the message information:

Hello,
I just found that was a particular email that generated the error.
In the log i attached before, you can find it at row 57.
I deleted it from the server and the process has resumed to work.

Did I understand correctly that the issue has already been resolved on your side?

Yes, just deleting the email i mentioned.
My boss asked me why it happened and how to prevent a new fault…
