Attachment missing while loading EML file in aspose object

Am trying to load the eml which have embedded docx attachment in aspose object using the below test application.
OnBehalfOf.zip (2.6 MB)
Am attaching the eml file am trying to load.
1.zip (124.8 KB)

—> Here you can see the docx file is embedded attachment with content id.

—> After loading this eml we are getting attachment count zero in aspose object
