We are using words to convert an email to a PDF. Is it expected that, if the body of the email is enclosed by <html><body bgcolor="#f3e6d8">...</body></html> the PDF would have a background color?

Sorry to bother you, we’ve traced this to a browser display issue. The PDF does indeed have a background color.
