Bad accuracy with a single letter

Good morning.

I have this trouble with trial version. I can not get a single letter from answer card. Each of letter is read one by one and the recognition block covers all the rectangle over the letter. In this case, the OCR never returns the exact letter.

I use the ExtractText.cs from samples in C#.

Can you help me? Any explanation?

Please, note that “ExtractText.cs” file is missing in the attachments you provided. Further, we have tested the scenario at our end. We used the latest version Aspose.OCR for .NET 3.0.0. It is working fine. We have used your sample scanned sheet image and created a sample OMR template. We have created a sample application and used this OMR template in the application. Same is attached this reply for your consideration.
