we are planning to buy barcode tool kit , our client asking us some question about barcode reading error percentage regards the size and characters length in barcode image , can you help us .

Thank you for inquiry.

The barcode should be able to read just fine if you specify the codetext within the max limit.

I have attached a sample project which tests 100 random codetext of 350 characters for Datamatrix barcode of size 1.5" X 1.5". All of these read fine.

However, the generated barcode becomes invalid for 375 characters.
