Big PDF file throws confusing not catchable exception

Hello,

we try to handle (Remove first Page) a big (2.7 GB) PDF file.
1.) If i try to load the File calling “Document pdfDocument = new Document(bigFile)”, surrounded with a try…catch construct an exception will be thrown which i cannot catch in my code, because it will be thrown only internally!!! The code simple stop working.
2.) The exception said (german): “Es wurde versucht, den Dateizeiger vor den Anfang der Datei zu bewegen.”

We tried to download the file that you have uploaded to One Drive but we could not obtain it. The downloading process never started. Would you please confirm if the file is uploaded correctly and is able to download by us?

Hi,

i shared it to two more people and they got no problems…?
I tried it from an other location and the download starts (see screenshot).

We were able to reproduce the issue in our environment and have logged it as PDFNET-48937 in our issue management system for the sake of further investigation. We will further look into its details and keep you posted with the status of ticket resolution. Please be patient and spare us some time.
