Black box instead of image

I'm trying to convert DJVU file in image format with the help of aspose.imaging.net dll. I am getting the result as black box instead of image.
This is not happening every time. when I try to convert it more than one attempt then for the first attempt I am getting the proper image but for the second attempt I am getting the Black Box. I am using the trial API of aspose ver 16.10.0.0.

Please someone help me to find out whether it is the problem of my code or problem is at the aspose dll end.
