Blue background added to Aspose generated PDF

On every page of the Aspose generated PDF, there is a blue background with a white stripe on the right side.

There is also some reflow of text over the images, as seen on page 7 of the generated PDF and on the Word doc.

We are running Aspose.Words for .NET version 10.2.0.

Thanks for your request. Actually, the document has a blue background, but MS Word does not show it in print layout view due to the options setup. This feature may be turned on/off by “Word Options/Advanced/Show document content/Show background colors and images in Print Layout view” checkbox.
If you convert the document to PDF using MS Word you will get the same result. So this is correct behavior.
If you do not need background color, you can set page color to white before converting the document to PDF.
