1. My billing history show 382? What does that mean?

If this is the sum of 'Cost' column, then it means you have used 382 inclusive documents during mentioned period. You can check that period from 'Date' column.

2. How can I find out how many inclusive docs I am using?

You can filter billing history by date and then check sum of 'Cost' column for this purpose.

3. If I upgrade, is it possible downgrade later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any stage.
