I am using aspose 8.3 version to set border as none it is not working but it was working in previous 7 version .

Since you are using some older version of the product, so we cannot evaluate your issue using older version. We only recommend you to kindly try using our latest version (e.g Aspose.Cells for .NET v18.10 (latest)) if it fixes your issue. If you still find the issue with v18.10, kindly do paste your sample code (using v18.10) and attach your template file (you may zip it prior attaching here) to demonstrate the issue, we will check it soon.
