I hane tested Examples in GitHub to convert dwg to pdf.
In attached dwg some dimension lines are not proper coverted. A text for some dimension lines contains rotated text (see marked dimension lines in pdf). The source code is taken from GitHub. I am using the evaluation version. Is this the reason for such strange conversion.

I have observed the PDF shared by you and an issue with ID CADNET-746 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as CADNET-746) have been fixed in this update.
