Bug with Border Dash?

Hello,
I try the Aspose.Pdf version and i’ve a problem with the border style.

I want to change the style oaf a table/cell border.
I want a Dash effect, so write Dash=‘2 2’ like this

THe problem is that all the table og the section have Dashed border, not only this table !
Why ?

How can i do this ?
