Bulleted list not displayed correctly in PDF

Hello, we met a problem with Aspose.Words today. We have a template in Word format. When saved to PDF everything looks perfect except for the bulleted list which displayed as dots in Word but empty squares in PDF. Can someone please help? Thanks a lot.

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested the scenario and have not found the shared issue while using latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET 13.5.0. I would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version (v13.5.0) from here and let us know how it goes on your side. I have attached the output Pdf file with this post for your kind reference.

If the problem still remains, please share following detail for testing.

  • OS (Windows Version or Linux Version)
  • Architecture (32 / 64 bit)
  • .NET Framework
  • Please supply us with the code from your application that is causing the issue
  • Please supply us with the output document showing the undesired behaviour
