Button Submit flag is not set to PDF when PDF file is reader-extended

Hi,

I noticed that the Submit flag of a button is being set to 20 instead of PDF when the PDF file is reader-extended. This causes the file to have a content type of “application/x-www-form-urlencoded” instead of “application/pdf”, which is the type needed to be able to save the whole form instead of just the filled-in fields. When using a PDF file that is not reader-extended, it works fine but the problem is, the user can’t sign the form (the signature popup is not being displayed).

Any advice?
