Calculate Header Footer Height or Distance in Word Document using C# .NET

Dear Hafeez

Please let me know how can i derive Header height and footer height in word document. I know there is HeaderDistance under section but it gives distance of header start from top but what I need is Header height(Distance between start of header and end of header)
