Calculating formulas value = #VALUE!

Hello,

I’m currently working on a project where I’ve ported the generation from Apache POI to Aspose.Cells. So far everything works fine. But before saving the document I’ve to calculate the workbook.

So I call workbook.calculateFormulas(false) and then I try to get a value from a cell. The value I get is #VALUE!

What am I doing wrong?
I need your help please!

Thanks for your posting and considering Aspose.Cells for Java.

We need your source xls/xlsx file and sample code to test your issue by running it. Please provide.

Please also try the latest version:
Aspose.Cells for Java v7.0.1.5
and see if it solves the problem.

I attached my source file and a sample sourcecode which reproduces my problem.

Could you also give us the sheet’s protection password (the first sheet is protected) to evaluate your issue more accurately.

Oh yes, sorry I forgot to remove the protection.

Thanks for providing us the password to un-protect the worksheet. I have tested your issue and found the issue now as you mentioned. I have logged the issue with an id: CELLSJAVA-31237. We will figure it out soon.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 31237) have been fixed in this update.
