In Excel we can use Macro using Aspose.Cells

i can read xlsm file format read values and insert the values i can do all operations we doing in xls and xslx

Thanks for your posting and using Aspose.Cells.

If there are macros in your template for example inside the xls or xlsm file and if you will manipulate it with Aspose.Cells, then macros will be preserved and will not be lost.

However, you cannot insert/inject new macros or manipulate the existing macros using Aspose.Cells API. Let us know if you still have any questions. We will look into it and help you asap.
