Can I create a windows printer with any of these tools?

All,

Wondering if it is possible to create a Windows printer using any of the aspose tools?

I have a need to have a custom printer that users can select and send reports to which then get converted to PDF automatically and without any prompt to save the file.

These reports come directly from the application and some times, they could be in html format.
