Can the master account delegate authority to a sub-account we specify?

Can I transfer the master account privileges and currently registered tickets to another account when the person in charge changes?

Please create a new account on Aspose using the email address of the person you would like to assign as the person in charge. After that, use the following link to submit a request for transferring the ownership of the order:

Secondly, regarding the sub-account feature in the ‘Free Support’ forum, it is designed such that the sub-account cannot view the topics or tickets of the main/master account. However, the sub-account should be able to see its own topics and tickets. And to view the activity of the master account, you will need to log in using the master account’s credentials.

教えていただいた手順でマスターアカウントの権利を別のアカウントに移行した場合、旧マスターアカウントで登録したチケットは、新マスターアカウントでも内容を確認できますか?

In the case of paid support,If I transfer the rights of the master account to another account following the procedure you have taught me, can I still see the contents of the tickets had registered in the old master account in the new master account?
