Can we edit the content and images in an angular application using Aspose PDF?

My requirement is that we transmit a PDF stream to an Angular application, modify the PDF there (angular application) with Aspose.PDF, and then send the modified stream back to the.NET Core API.

You should try the free (trial) Aspose.PDF for JavaScript via C++ features.
