Is it possible to work with Macros using Aspose. I am aware that it is possible to call the macros alone, but if I want my business logics to be executed using Macros, can I use them along with Aspose Slides and Cells.

I have observed the requirements shared by you and regret to share that at present the support for Macros is unavailable in Aspose.Slides for .NET at the moment. An issue with ID SLIDESNET-33267 has already been added in our issue tracking system to provide the requested support. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be automatically notified once the support will be available.

I have discussed the issue of support for Vba Macros with our development team and regret to share that it is unavailable in Aspose.Slides. The said macros management will be included in Aspose.Slides during Q1 of 2015 as per our product road map. We will share the good news with you as soon as the support will be available in Aspose.Slides.
