Can you upgrade you purchase of Aspose.Word

At the moment, I only need Aspose Word for a single web app on a single domain. If I purchase at that “level”, can i pay the difference if I later need to use it for external windows apps? or do I have to repurchase the entire product? Also, can you upgrade to Aspose.Office later?
