The paid support is an add on which allows the customers to escalate only a limited number of issues which are very urgent or critical to them. However, we provide all the help to our customers via our free support forums.
If you didn’t buy the paid support then please feel free to ask any questions or share any issues in our product relevant forums and our dedicated support team will help you out appropriately and timely. However, if you did buy paid support and still having issues then do let me know, so I can check it out for you.
