Cannot install Aspose Total Python for .NET

Hi Support,
I have python 3.13 installed properly on my win11 laptop.
The following installation command fails :
pip3.13 install aspose-total-net

However the following one succeeded :
pip3.13 install aspose-slides==25.9.0
So I tend to believe this issue is not on my installation of Python itself.

Could you please advise ?

I think you may try to clear the older cached installed versions using pip, you can use the pip cache command. To clear all files from pip’s wheel and HTTP caches, use the purge sub command:
e.g.,

pip cache purge

Then try installing the latest Aspose.Total for Python via .NET package if it is successful now?

Moreover, I tested installing Aspose.Total for Python via .NET (latest version) using pip command and it works fine. I am using python 3.13.9.

Thank you for your answer.
I made sure to get the latest Python 3.13.9 version by downloading and upgrading with Python Release Python 3.13.9 | Python.org
I also made sure to have pip up-to-date : py -3.13 -m pip install --upgrade pip
I did “pip cache purge” as instructed
Then retried “pip3.13 install aspose-total-net”
However, I’m sorry to say I got the same issue.

Please first uninstall the previously installed Aspose.Total for Python via .NET package(s). You may manually remove the source folders and files (e.g., under "…\site-packages" or relevant directory). Then use my mentioned command to clear all files from pip’s wheel and HTTP caches:
e.g.,

pip cache purge

Now it should work fine using the command pip install aspose-total-net.
