Cannot see numbering as revisions or redlines when docx converted to html

Hello, Please find attached this sample document:
Numbering Redline In HTML.docx (23.3 KB)

When we save the docx as html, we cannot see the numbered redlines as revisions in the output. Is there some HTMLSaveOptions settings to control this behavior ?

@kml2020 when you save to HTML some Word document features will be lost (learn more about export to HTML here). Revisions are one of those features, even MS Word app don’t save revisions because the file format is too different.
