Can't convert anything using 54016 or 53016 (.geojson to .svg and .kmz to .svg)

i have some .kml/.kmz and .geojson files and I want to convert them into .svg using the Gall Stereographic (EPSG 54016 or 53016)

it doesn’t work, despite the codes being correctly found in the database
the same files work fine for 3857 conversions or other common projections

any idea?

I noticed that the very same problem occurs with many other projections, such as the very similar Miller Cylindrical (EPSG 54003)

it would be useful to make that working too
