Can't Open ODS File [File Attached]

I’m trying to open the attached file but nothing happens. No exception is thrown.

Dim xls As New Workbook(pFileName)

I have tested your issue and found it takes very long time / fore over to load your attached ODS file. I have logged your issue with an id: CELLSNET-30041. We will look into your issue soon.
