I have added Captions the the bottom of the Table in my document . Then i am converting the document into HTML and then back to docx , in this process caption is not preserved as caption field it converts into paragraph text with caption styleing maintined . Hence when i try to add Table of Figures it comes empty.
If i do the same inside word (i.e convert word to html and back to word) the caption behaviour is preserved.

If i do the same in word i.e save word document to html and then back to word document the captions are preserved as Captions.
