I am calling this method:
worksheet.Cells.DeleteBlankRows();
And all cells get deleted, not just the blank ones. This used to work fine, but when I upgraded to the most recent version it no longer does. Is this a known issue?

Well, I tested your mentioned issue with the attached latest version of Aspose.Cells (also with our latest official release V4.8.1.0) and I am unable to reproduce the issue.
