After copying a sheet containing a table with a column with formula onto another newly created sheet, inserting new rows does not copy the formula defined for a column of the table.
This problem happens only with version 23.3 of Aspose.Cells, with the previous ones it works.
To replicate the problem I attach a simple program: after executing it, open the Output.xlsx file you will be able to see that in Sheet1 the formula is copied correctly, instead in Sheet2 the formula is not copied.

Thanks for the template file.
We reproduced the issue as you mentioned after an initial test by using your template file. We found when using Cells.InsertRows, it does not copy the formulas set for a table column in the copied sheet.
