Character Value changed after Conversion

Hi Team,

We are writing from RChilli Inc.

We have encountered an issue while using Aspose PDF to convert documents. During the conversion process, we have observed that some text characters become misaligned when compared to the original PDF document. This misalignment is causing discrepancies in the converted output and is currently impacting our production environment.

We kindly request you to look into this matter at the earliest, as it is affecting our operations. Please let us know if you need any sample files or additional information to help investigate and resolve this issue.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue effectively, could you please confirm whether the problem is occurring with:

  • Our on-premises .NET or Java APIs, or
  • The live web application?

This information will allow us to focus our troubleshooting efforts and provide a timely resolution.

Thank you for sharing the sample PDF document. Could you also provide a sample code snippet for reference? This would help us better understand the desired output format you want to achieve from the source PDFs.
