Characters encoding last when opening xls file and saving it to xlsx

Hi,

We have priority support.
We’re encountering a problem when opening a french xls file on an english windows server 2003 through aspose.cells.
When we save this file as xlsx, as you can see in attached sample it losts it’s encoding (see generated file, worksheet “Simulation” cell “A13”)

I do. See attached file, there’s a question mark instead of “é”.
