chart.Axes.HorizontalAxis.AxisBetweenCategories does not respond

I have been trying to set the Horizontal Axis in my chart to be (in PowerPoint settings) “Axis Position: On tick marks”.

I believe the Aspose.Slides value for this is: chart.Axes.HorizontalAxis.AxisBetweenCategories

But regardless of whether I set it to true or false, no change takes place in the chart.

Please advise.
